Had problems with two different visits with 2 different animals. Both times poor communication with very sick animals. Doctor not returning calls. Cat has terminal illness diagnosis and no one bothered to call and tell us until we called them 2 days after they promised to call. Had to call twice to get a return call. -Sandy .
