The care and compassion given to you and your pet is outstanding. In bad situations they will hold your hand and comfort you. They treat my cats like they are my children. Dr. Visco went above and beyond to get me information when I was having trouble with one of my cats, so much so that she even printed out information she found in her medical journals and mailed them to me when she came across the info.
