he's callous and may or may not show up for the appointment. he's given to making diagnosis over the phone and sometimes he just can't be bothered to return calls. -tmara c.

He only does large animals, mainly horses. He's not the friendliest but has always come in an emergency. He does tend to make a diagnosis and treatment plan over the phone if he feels you gave him correct info. He could have made a lot more money off us if he came out every time we called him, but give suggestions over the phone and only comes if it doesn't help. It works well with our small budget. He is very direct about expected outcomes. -Jessi c.
